Great! I am glad you figured it out.

It can be that a PLAXIS process is somewhere there in the Task Manager and that will cause the error you noticed. Especially if PLAXIS does not close properly for some reason.

Hi,

There were no PLAXIS "apps" running, but there were some open "background processes" way down in the list.
Closing these solved the problem!

Dear Laura,

Can you please check in the Windows Task Manager (right-mouse button on the Windows taskbar) if a PLAXIS instance is active in the background?
