I am trying to run a dynamic analysis and the error code 33 appears stopping the analysis at the beginning.
In the model there are not embdedded beams. Probably the issue is in the creation of free-field boundaries, because if I set viscous boundaries instead of free-field, there is no problem.
The static analysis works without problems.
What can I try? We have tried with different mesh configurations but the error still appears.

At the end I solved the problem without submitting a service request, just redrawing the topographic profile, simplifying it where possible.
I can suggest you to redraw the model, I used AutoCAD, without considering stratigraphy, so creating and importing to Plaxis just one single region, and check if it works. If not, the problem should be on the topographic profile. If it works, you can add the stratigraphy.
