Hello Ahmad,

At the end I solved the problem without submitting a service request, just redrawing the topographic profile, simplifying it where possible.

I can suggest you to redraw the model, I used AutoCAD, without considering stratigraphy, so creating and importing to Plaxis just one single region, and check if it works. If not, the problem should be on the topographic profile. If it works, you can add the stratigraphy.
