I chose a node at required point and run the analysis and in the output to how find the settlement at that particular node at applied load?
I used curve manager but a single point at 0 load and displacement is also zero

Please check our tutorial examples on how to select curve points and make graphs. It can be that you selected a node that is deactivated on that calculation step and therefore values are zero.
