Please explain how to apply moving load in structure in PLAXIS 2D?

The moving loads is a feature that can be created with PLAXIS 3D.

Note that PLAXIS 2D can handle either plane strain or axisymmetric conditions, which means that a line load would either be a surface infinitely long in the out-of-plane direction or a circular surface load.
