Problem when export to .dxf from PLAXIS 3D and import in PLAXIS 3D LE

Question

Hi PLAXIS team,

I have tried to convert to .dxf format with the command shown in the picture below. After that, I want to import that .dxf data to PLAXIS 3D LE but the object can't be found. So I can't export any data. Do you have any suggestions about this?

 About the issue you report, it is difficult to say as we do not have the model or the data you use. 
 Have you tried exporting it in Soil/Structures mode? 
 Have you tried exporting as a STEP file?
