I am trying to save and export plot of different forces and displacement for a plate.

The command you mention is to be able to [quoting from Help>Command reference>Output commands] "Create a plot for visualizing structural forces in geometry elements" and it is being used in the Structural forces in volume piles feature.
To be able to access the plot that shows the plate results, you should use the command structureplot. So, for example for Plate_1, you can run the command:structureplot Plate_1 # will open the structures plot for that specific phase
Then you can use the same logic as in the article below to configure the current plot (Plots[-1]) for the ResultTypes.Plate you need to export.
