Our Company KOOKMIN Safety Engineering Group, South Korea, bought a product " Plaxis 2D - Standalone, License: Standalone, Order number #14469". We are trying to get in but it was saying, the license is expired. As I know, it was not subscription-based. Why does it making issues? Please give me some suggestions. Note: We bought it in 2018.
