While trying to connect to Plaxis Version 22 through a Python interpreter, getting the following error. How can we resolve this?

I am not sure why you get this error as using the Python interpreter works just fine if the installation went well.
Blowfish and cipher are both modules we have for security purposes, encryption and so on. But as far as I know, these would create problems if a custom Python installation made changes to them, thus making them incompatible with the PLAXIS Python distribution.
Do you remember installing a custom Python version or updating any modules on the Python distribution we deliver?
