problem in opening the created project file

sir, i am facing the problem during the opening the project file in PLAXIS 2D. Please resolve the problem.

Dear Shaija, 
 As the error message explains you probably try to open a project that was created with a newer version than the one you are currently using. 
 PLAXIS supports backwards compatibility, meaning that projects created in older versions can be opened in newer versions but not vice versa. 
 By upgrading to our latest version, you will be able to open any project: communities.bentley.com/.../plaxis-software-downloads
