Hello,i want to create a pile as a volume element. ive created an interface but im not sure how to simulate the skin and base friction with the interface. Can anyone help me plase? Thank you :)

When you click on an interface of a volume pile, in Selection explorer, you will see “Material mode” with two options: “From adjacent soil” and “custom”. If the former is selected, the interface properties can be defined via “interface” tab of soils around the pile. If the latter is chosen, you need to define a material with its properties and assign it.
