I'm currently doing a project on tunneling and wanted to use the model from the previous project for it. However, the previous project used PLAXIS 3D 2018 and we recently upgraded to PLAXIS 3D CE V22.

It is difficult to comment on this without checking the project. With every release we improve our code and that includes our calculation kernel. The fact that the model used to converge does not mean that suddenly is wrong now, but this needs to be investigated.

We can only help you via a service request, so feel free to submit one and one of our support engineers can help you in detail: https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport

Note that you can also install PLAXIS 3D CE V21 in which the changes are fewer (compared to V22) but I can imagine we are talking about a version (3D 2018) that is still 4 years old so many things are improved in the meantime.
