I am working on a problem and I'd like to use a UDSM soil model, which I have the dll for (S-CLAY1S). However I noticed that I don't have the option of user-defined model in the software version I am using. Is it a bug or my license do not include this option? My license is Plaxis 2D ultimate (Academic). How can I add this feature on? Thank you.

To be able to use any UDSM, you need to have Geotechnical SELECT Entitlements activated. This is explained in the overview here: https://communities.bentley.com/products/geotech-analysis/w/wiki/42955/plaxis-connect-edition-licenses
