How to resolve the error code 20 in PLAXIS 2D?

 I am facing the problem of error code 20 (stiffness matrix is nearly singular and cannot be solved) in output. how can I fix this problem?

 Our reference manual has a dedicated appendix for the Calculation warning and errors in PLAXIS. I would advise you to check it in case you receive any errors.
