Hi,
I was using the Python script provided in this thread without issue Combined plate results in one chart using Python. However, when I used it today it gave me an error message, please see below. When I ran the script, it asked me to input the x-coordinate of the plate, then it failed to ask about the phases and just crashed. Has anyone encountered this before? Can someone please advise what I should do to resolve this? Many thanks!
Hi TerenceI just checked with the latest version, and it worked for me.It might be that there is something in your phases list that triggers this. Can you send us your PLAXIS case via https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport so we can look into your specific file?Alternatively, we might solve it from the list of phases, so we can try to reproduce it?Use e.g. this command in PLAXIS Input to quickly get the phase name infotabulate Phases "Name Identification"and then copy the response you get in the part just above the command lineThanks!
Thanks Micha,
I tried to run the script for another file and it worked. So, as you suggested, it might have something to do with the phase name. I got the phase name info as you suggested but the phase names don't look odd to me.
I have also submitted the case. Meanwhile, is there anything I could try to resolve this? Thanks!
Hi Terence,Indeed from the list here, there seems nothing wrong. We would need to check with your file what is going wrong.
Good to see you already created a Service Request. Our team will pick it up to help you on this specific issue.
