Combine issues Plaxis 3D

Hi all, 
 Just wondering the nature of this error: 
 For context, I'm trying to combine a rectangular volume (capping beam) to a cylindrical shaped volume (piles)

 This seems to trigger an internal error on the intersection code. 
 My first step would be to recreate the objects if possible and try again.
