Dear Zakaria,

It is very difficult to debug any problem without giving it a look.

From the looks of it (this is not a PLAXIS model by the way) It seems a rather simple geometry. But As this is a 3D soil layering I cannot tell what is happening exactly inside where the pink volume intersects with the soil layers.

Have you tried to create the pink object inside PLAXIS rather than importing it? It seems quite a simple volume, which you can create with a single horizontal surface and extrude it downwards or upwards.
