Can I know the what are the reasons for this error code 9 (FYR: This error is coming in the safety analysis after the steady groundwater flow plastic analysis and fully coupled flow analysis, in the normal phase suction is not ignored and in the safety phase suction is ignored => Plaxis 2D tutorial: Stability of dam under rapid drawdown)?

This tutorial uses the fully coupled flow-deformation analysis after the initial phase. The fully-coupled flow deformation analysis always takes suction in to consideration. The reason for this warning code is that in the previous phase suction was ignored. In your model's initial phase, suction was not considered whereas it is considered in the subsequent fully coupled flow-deformation phases. Please check the initial phase and uncheck the option Ignore suction as shown in the screenshot below. Doing this will make sure that suction consideration is consistent in all phases and so the warning will not appear.

Noted, thanks. In tutorial they have asked to check the ignore suction for the safety analysis phase if not the FOS is greater so that is the reason for error code 9.
A small comment, this is a warning code and not an error code (Warning code: 9).
This is important and coloured differently to provide you with an indication that this does not mean that something went wrong in the calculation, but there is something to pay attention to.
