When I look at the nodes in Plaxis 2D, I could see a picture as attached. I can see 9 stress points in a particular 15 noded triangular element. Why can't I see all those 12 stress point?

You only see nine stress points because the three "missing" are underneath the middle nodes (centre of the triangle). If you hide the nodes and show only the stress points, you'll be able to spot them! (See below example)
