Have you tried to use the regenerate function already?
Activate an element in the first phase where it should be activated. Then in the NEXT phase right-click on the element and select "Regenerate". The software will now check the difference between the element in the current and previous phase and apply that difference in all successive phases. Hence, this does not only work for activating/deactivating an element, but for instance also for changing the material set, change the value of the load etc....

With kind regards,
