Error 111

Question

Hi , 
 I face an error 111 in the second phase of my problem, however, when I sent my file to my colleague , it has no error in his computer. It is strange for me to face this issue, why the model working in a computer and does not in another. How can I fix it 
 
 any suggestion would be great.

 It is difficult to say without checking the model at all. It can very well be that the calculation is unstable in both situations, and convergence is reached in one case and not in the other. 
 Error 111 (you did not specify which application, PLAXIS 2D or PLAXIS 3D) points to an accuracy issue or soil body collapse. It can be that you have different configurations, CPU, cores, etc, and in one case this gives a slightly different outcome. 
 You should focus on the important work of reviewing the model and understanding why it fails and what can be causing this. I would start by checking the typical Output plots, especially focusing on areas where plasticity develops. I am assuming that the results will not be very different from computer to computer just having it barely passing the tolerances in some cases. 
 In all cases, the geotechnical engineer should review the results and ensure that everything is as expected.
