Which of the above analyses is better for finding the variation of excess pore pressure with radial distance from a line drain?

 Only the Consolidation analysis can return results related to excess pore pressure dissipation. 
 The Fully coupled flow-deformation analysis is a total-stress analysis meaning that the results for pore pressures are not divided into steady state and excess pore pressures.
