There are 3 types of variation of excess PWP due to increase loading in the undrained soil as shown below.
01. The uniform variation can be obtained from the uniform loading as shown below.
02. high on top side and loa on bottom side can be obtained from the strip loading as shown below.
My question => In which case we can get the excess PWP low on top side and high on bottom side other than the existing OBP-induced PWP

I am not sure what the "OBP" stands for, but this looks like a case where you have a pervious layer (drainage boundary) on top and an impervious layer at the bottom.

OBP stands for Over Burden Pressure
