how to add multiple steps in a single phase?

How can I emulate the above phase and step division in PLAXIS 3D? the problem involves staged construction of an embankment.

Hi, 
 A calculation phase is either Plastic or Consolidation. So you would have to define 8 phases - what you call steps in the overview will then be your calculation phases. With kind regards,
