I've been trying to import 10 000 pointload in my model using python, one the number of pointloads exceeds 5 000, the input GUI becomes so slow.

Can you further elaborate on the project you are working on that requires providing 10000 point loads?
Are there things that you can simplify in your geotechnical design to help you run the simulation?
I can imagine that having so many objects can make the GUI slow especially since each one of them can be manipulated and visualised per phase.
Dear Stefanos,we are trying to exchange information between two softwares with different meshes for the same model. I think the only way to do so is to get their pointloads. The geometry is pretty large, we can generate a very fine mesh without problems using plaxis but we won't be able to insert load after that... maybe coarsening the mesh will help but it's not what we are looking for
