Green triangle after changing the soil OCR

 I'm modelling some problem in Plaxis3D using the HS-Small soil model. The model works fine with our current parameters. However, as soon as I increase the soil OCR from 1 to 3, the green tick in the phase explorer changes to a green triangle noting that my soil has failed, which doesn't really make sense to me. Can I please ask whats the problem here? Note that the green triangle only appears in the initial stage. The rest of the stages run without any issues.

Dear Farbod, 
 If you double-click on the InitialPhase, you enter the Phase details window and on the top-right of that, you can see the Log info, which contains further explanation of what happened in that phase. 
 A green triangle is a warning about something that happened in your calculation. Most probably, the high OCR resulted in some stress points violating the Mohr-Coulomb failure envelope, which is not allowed, therefore PLAXIS corrected them back and marked them as plastic points.
