Activation of Grouped loads

Question

I'm working with two sets of point loads i Plaxis 3D. I have Group the two sets and was expecting to be able to activate / deactive them separately in Stage Construction under "Groups" - don't that dosen't seem to be possible ? What am I doing wrong ?

Hello Torben, 
 A screenshot would have helped as I am a bit wild guessing here. 
 So, I created two sets of points loads, i.e. a set of two points loads on my left side and a set of three point loads on the right side of my model. 
 Then, I select them all, and use the Right-Mouse Button (RMB) to create the group in Structures mode: 
 
 Then, I switch to Staged construction, and I can select the Group and the content objects and activate them using the check boxes in Model or Selection explorer or the command line. 
 
 Can you describe what you have?

Dear Thorsten, 
 It's not possible to have two loads at the same location. If you try to add a point load to a point where there is already a point load the software will just give a message like "Point_X already has a feature of this type (PointLoad_Y)" and no load is added. 
 Hence, it's also not possible to create two sets of loads at the same location. 
 If would like to have a group of loads that you need to all increase 30% and you don't want to edit the individual loads, it's better to define a Design Approach with a partial load factor of 1.3 and then run the analysis with and without apply the Design Approach.
