DummyPlate E-modulus of Mohrcoulomb Eref or Eoed

 I want to model a DummyPlate for a final lining. The final lining is modelled as a volume element in the 2D Plaxis. 
 I am wondering if I should use Eoed or Eref for the DummyPlate stiffnes?

Regarding stiffness factor: I commented on the value I saw - 44 GPa seems unreduced to me, just to give you an heads up, but glad that you are aware of that. 
 Regarding E and Eoed, I am not talking about using different values, I am talking about Plaxis' implementation. If you enter E', Plaxis will automatically calculate Eoed. If you have the Eoed, Plaxis will calculate the E'. So, whichever you choose, does not matter. The only thing we have to do is entering the correct value to correct place. 
 Deciding on which one is correct value for (let's say) concrete, is engineer's judgement. I personally would go for E', but one can argue the otherwise.

Whichever you like! Just don't forget to divide the E to a high value like 1E6, and multiplying the resulting force with the same value. Right now, it seems like you have used the actual E, not the dummy E. Read here: communities.bentley.com/.../composite-liner-approach-in-plaxis-2d
