&lt;p&gt;ifort /dll &amp;lt;source files(s)&amp;gt; /link &amp;lt;libaries&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I guess the way you&amp;#39;re doing it now it considers dfusrlib.lib a source file that needs to be compiled instead of a library file that needs to be linked together with the compiled mc_tens.for.&lt;/p&gt;
