HI
I have an existing PLaxis 2D model, and i am interrogating the model via python to get all the information out.
For the structural elements and soil elements etc this is straight forward, however I am not having much luck to extract the information about what is happening in each phase.
I have information such as phase name and previous phase, but what actually happens in each phase is proving difficult.
Is this possible? What commands do i need to use?
Many thanks in advance

Dear Natalie,
I suggest you check our reference manual, specifically the Object reference (Input and/or Output).
The object you should look for is called Phase and it contains all the information you probably are looking for:
For example, for the name, you can query it as:
g_i.Phases[-1].Name # or g_i.Phases[-1].Identification
or
g_o.Phases[-1].Name # or g_o.Phases[-1].Identification
This seems to give information about the phase itself, but not for example what material a plate has within this phase, or which anchors have been activated in this phase.
Where do i find this information?
