I´m currently developing my Master Thesis at FEUP (Portugal) in site response of liquefiable soil.
In my model I performed a dynamic analysis to obtain ru and aceleration values. To calculate the settlements after liquefaction I tried to preform a dynamic analysis with consolidation but encoutered an error. My stratification is formed by 3 layers, clay, sand (PM4Sand) and a bed rock layer at the bottom. When I preform the dynamic with consolidation analysis the bed rock settles along with the sand and clay layers. I already defined the boundary condition at ymin to fully fixed and I keep getting this error.
Can anyone help me?

The fact you experience an error in the project makes this post a project-specific question which is very difficult to reply to without having more information at hand.
Note that you are also using a UDSM, so an error during a calculation - by the way you did not mention what the error says - can even be related to input data, boundary conditions, a bug, etc..

I didn´t express myself correctly. I´m not getting an error from the software. The problem is that with the boundary conditions I´m using, my bottom layer is moving. In order for me to obtain de surface settlements, my bedrock layer shoudln´t settle.

Again, you do not mention what the error says which can point you to different hints.
In the case of a dynamic analysis (guessing seismic) you typically apply the signal at the model bottom. Not sure exactly what is happening but due to the applied signal you expect the bottom to move accordingly. See our tutorial:

Yes, I understand that the bedrock layers moves along with the solicitation in a dynamic analysis, but in a dynamic with consolidation analysis (with zero seismic action), and fully fixing the ymin boundary, this layer shouldn´t settle.
Not sure how you fix the boundary, but remember that the default deformation boundaries are ignored in dynamic analyses.
Do you use the Dynamics > All nodes fixities?
I´m not using dynamics> all nodes fixities because I already tried that and the ending result was zero displacements in all the layers. My objective is to get the surface settlements, so my bottom line of the bedrock layer shouldn´t move in the y direction
