Hello sir, I am modelling the pile wall for slope reinforcement. I do a plate and interface model for pile wall. But the safety is no different without reinforcement. Can anyone help me to make this things right?

You should check the incremental displacement to see the slip surface. If in both these cases, the slip surfaces are the same and does not cut the wall, these FS factor can be the same.
