earthquake pile raft foundation

Question

I am working on a project that requires the application of earthquakes on the pile raft foundation. When I entered the earthquake on the basis of a surface-prescribed displacement represented by acceleration, the results showed a high displacement of the raft with a decrease in the displacement of the building(12 floors). please Can anyone help me choose the best ways to represent this case?

Dear Mohamed, 
 An earthquake motion is typically applied at the base of the model and not directly on the raft.
