is it possible to illustrate the water levels at different time periods in PLAXIS 2D? For example 30 days, 60 days and 180 days?

The mentioned tutorial needs an Ultimate license. To answer the initial question , it depends on the kind of analysis you want to do. If it is a time dependent analysis for groundwater , then the Ultimate tier is needed. However if you want to do the dewatering by extraction then the Advanced tier is sufficient.
