Why does the soil uplift?

I want to establish a circular retaining structure with a buried depth of 1.5m, so in phase 1, I deactivated the soil with a diameter of 10m and activated the circular retaining structure. I can understand the uplift of the soil inside the enclosure structure, but why does the soil outside the enclosure structure also swell ?  Who can tell me some possible reasons, I would be very grateful to you.

  • This is a fairly simple model. I really want to know what the problem is and how to modify it so that the soil does not uplift. Here is the command flow.
