Hello,I want to ask in the General subtree, for the Flow only option as the Calculation type, why I don't have this option in my Plaxis 2D even though I already update to the latest version.

You can check the license configuration of the PLAXIS version that you have , the flow only option is available in Ultimate tier. You can find the details about various features for every license tier of PLAXIS in the following link.
