i just want to use the barcelona basic model /as a user defined soil model/ in the plaxis 3D v 2013. so if you have the programing/coding/ of this soil model please help me.

Thanks for the question, note that in order to use User Defined Soil models, you must make sure you have the Geotechnical SELECT Entitlement activated (formerly VIP), Note you are using an older version of PLAXIS, in which this is not fully supported since the Geotechnical SELECT Entitlements only work for the latest versions of PLAXIS. So please update to a later version of PLAXIS to use this.
Next to this, you should note that the Barcelona Basic model is not generally available at the moment, see also our WIKI page: https://communities.bentley.com/products/geotechnical1/w/wiki/46109/udsm---barcelona-basic-model
