I'd like to simulation the pile's expansion by volume strain .However ,something wrong when I set a cube (1m*1m*m) εyy=60%.The consequece of Uy is not 0.6m but 0.43m. So I 'd like to konw what's the promblem of this phenomenon. I expresss my thanks to the respondents !

Can't be provided volumetric strain uniform to certain depth we considered? because volumetric strain effect varies with depth (eyy).

Currently, there is no increment value that is considered in the volumetric strain feature.
