I am using Plaxis 2D 2012 for my work. It works well when I use it in office, in view of COVID-19, I bring my works back home. But when I installed Plaxis and want to make some changes in calculation, I press the button "Define", a page show "cannot change visible in onshow or onhide" and then asked me to close the application. May I know how to solve it?

I can see that you are working on with a version we no longer support. Lately, we have released a new version PLAXIS CONNECT Edition V20, which included lots of new functionality, improvements and bug fixes.
The bug report you attach seems to be related to the fact that Windows is not showing some changes properly. If this is happening to all models, it can be a bug that occurs in this version and is fixed in the newer ones, as we have no reported issues on our databases concerning this issue.
If this is related to a specific project, you can try and change either the project folder or the project name to Latin based characters as we have solved an issue in the past with special Unicode characters (e.g. Chinese). Also, prefer to store first the project to a local folder and not on a network drive.
