I have multistory building. My question is about which is better to create the model of the real building or to propose equivalent model using exaggerated density. Is it also possible to import dxf file to Plaxis.
Thanks
Dear Bakr,
Both work with PLAXIS. We offer both import facilities and various structural elements to assist with the modelling:

In general, it really depends on where the focus of the analysis is. If your focus in on simulating the behaviour of that building, then it needs to be included in the model. If the building is in near proximity of your main project then it is usual to simplify and "replace" the building with an equivalent load.
