What is the best failure model to simulate the jet grouting material around the pile head subjected to lateral load in PLAXIS 3D?
In the literature, some of them use linear elastic and others used Mohr-Coulomb failure criteria.

Dear Ghiath,
Note that the linear elastic model has no failure criterion included, therefore it will not fail at any applied load. With Mohr-Coulomb that includes the known failure envelope, the material can be simulated. Apart from that, you can use any advanced material model including the Concrete model to describe in more detail the behaviour you have. As in any other case, selecting the best constitutive model for each case depends on the geotechnical engineer and the data available to best describe the behaviour of the material.

On our Wiki pages, we do not have any references for modelling jet grouting. I would recommend searching on literature.
