Hello all, Plaxis 2D provides soil parameters optimization in SoilTest, I was wondering what the algorithm is used for the optimization? I searched for the reference manual, it only says optimization is based on curve fitting, but I don't know what exactly technique/algorithm is used for optimization. Thank you for any advice.
