Hi Dan,
I'm not using Plaxis 3D , but i have tell some ways using Plaxis 2D options (hope both outputs have same options)
1. Mesh => Cluster borders (F8)
Before: After:
2. View => Settings (F10)
Here you can assign the colours to cluster borders and use "default colurs" to restore the in-built colours.
Thanks.

I'd be interested to know if turning off the Cluster boundaries as noted by Nitha worked, because I have issues with Plaxis 3D showing what I call the "Fat Lines" when I use the NURBS curve (mine are gray). Even if I delete the curve the "Fat Lines" remains visible (as shown in the image below). I sent this to Plaxis support once and they could not reproduce the "Fat Lines". My best guess is that they are something to do with the graphics hardware, but it remains an unsolved mystery.
If I save the file and reopen it the "Fat Lines" go away.

Dear Martin,
I also do not have such a bug:
Maybe you can upgrade to the last 3D version 21.01?
Thanks for checking, like I said Plaxis support couldn't reproduce it either. I'm running the current version Plaxis3DInput.exe 21.0.1.7 but the issue has been there for years with this graphic card. If I exit and reopen the file it cleans up the graphics. I just wondered if perhaps Dan had a similar thing goin on.
Thank you for the feedback. The current version is 21.1.0.149. The version 21.0.1.7 is the previous one.
