I am modelling a piled raft model but I want model using the centrifuge model dimensions, not the prototype, is there any way I can input the acceleration (Ng) if centrifuge into my model?

As far as I know you can change the ΣMweight coefficient to run this specific calculation. This coefficient is in the Phase settings (screenshot from PLAXIS 2D):
