Is any way to resize and move the position of the legend which shows in the cross section curves (please tell ways other than "Legends in chart" option)? See the below output print, i need the graph as a big one as it shows the results and legend in small size but print provide vice-versa.

Unfortunately, currently, there is no other option. You can either shorten the legend text or extract the data and create custom curves in a speadsheet.
I will add your comments as a feature request for future versions.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as Output is merely showing the results and it is not primarily a chart editor.
The available options allow only for setting a min and max value for each axis (instead of the default).
If you need to do post-processing in the data you can copy the tabular results and paste them into any spreadsheet application.
