Sorry, but I expressed myself wrong. I needed, if possible, the file, in dxf format, which is used in the video to verify that this file does not cause problems in my program.

I tried to insert the file you sent.

The problem I previously reported continues; in fact as soon as I call it, the program does not send me back to the “Import tunnel cross section preview” page as indicated on page. 127 of the “Reference Manual 2D Edition V21.01” but the “Tunnel designer” page remains.

In addition, the program gives a series of errors such as

ERROR

Invalid cross section

The cross section contains segments or subsections that must be intersected first: Subsection [1] and Subsection [5]; Subsection [2] and Subsection [5]

HINTS

Invalid cross section

Cross section is not closed

I am not sure understand the process though. Does the file get imported or not? 

The errors you mention have detailed messages explaining what is happening.

The first refers to having segments that are not intersected. This is required before continuing.

The second mentions that the sequence of segments created does not create a closed geometry. There is an option to close the geometry but I would advise you to check how small the last segment is as you might need to correct the cross-section instead.

For the window not showing up, maybe it is behind the main PLAXIS window? It's difficult to tell without seeing the overall behaviour. 
Sometimes the pop-up windows are in a different monitor (if you have attached an extra one) or being in the background. I usually hit the keyboard shortcut Win Logo key + Tab to cycle the various windows that are open.
