I am investigating the failure mechanism of the belled pile embedded in geogrid-reinforced sand under uplift load in PLAXIS 3D current version. However, I can not run the geogrid in the model I have installed. In my previous work, I investigated the uplift behavior of the anchor plate embedded in the geogrid-reinforced soil in PLAXIS 3D TUNNEL version and saw the effect of the geogrid in both capacity and failure mechanism. However, in the new version of the software, I could not operate the geogrid under the uplift load although I'm doing updated mesh. I have reviewed the previous posts/papers about geogrid in the forum and based on the studies, I tried to make the geogrid anisotropic and set the GA to zero, but still, the result did not change. Why can't I run geogrid on uplift load?
Dear Buse,
I read about a very specific project and configuration which makes it very difficult for us to identify why this does not give the expected behaviour.

Dear S. Papavasileiou,
I shared the analysis file via Bentley's Sharefile service. The service showed the message "uploaded".
But I have not received email yet such as "the analysis file has been reached etc".
Is there any problem about the process of file upload?
As I mentioned above, you will first need to submit a service request.
I do not know where your file is uploaded but if you reach out to us via the service request manager then we can send you a direct link where you can upload your project.
I have submitted a service request. Its number is 7001360724. After, it was shared a link (Bentley's Sharefile) and I have uploaded my packed project.
Hello Buse,
