Fixed issues

• A specific case of a display error of the right side Exit line when ground surface line is vertical in SVSLOPE
• Deleting a surface from the model volume unassigned every layer material that was set
• Fixed some cases related to tangent lines imported from a SLIDE model
• Some label and artwork settings were were not being saved on close of a model
• The SHANSEP material dialog was not saving input parameters in SVSLOPE
• Fixed a problem using a combination of Wedges and Cuckoo Search in an SVSLOPE model
• Warning was not being given if Water Table option was selected on the Pore-Water settings dialog, but no water table line or piezometric line is applied to the SVSLOPE model
• Fixed some cases when setting Slope Limits when importing a SLIDE model
• Corrected issue in calculating SVSLOPE carved model volumes when the top surface is much larger than the area of the model volume
