Problem description

Sometimes when trying to add a curve of a pre-calculation selected node (pre-calc) from another project by choosing the option Add curve ► From another project (pre-calc)…, the PLAXIS 2D2011.02 program responds with an error message.

The Output program tries to read in the numbers of the selected nodes to determine the available data. When in the second project the selected node number exceeds the number of nodes available in the already opened project, this error message is triggered.

Solution

Two workarounds are available

• Use the Add curve ► From another project (all)... option to select the pre-calculation selected node from the second project. When selecting this option, the check on the node numbers for pre-calculation selected nodes is not performed
• Open the project with the largest number of nodes first

This issue is solved since PLAXIS 2D2012.01
