Point loads placed on top of an embedded pile row in Input are not taken into account during the calculation if the surrounding soil (around the top of the embedded pile row) is deactivated. The problem only occurs when the connection type of the embedded pile row is set to rigid.
A work around for this problem is to set the connection type of the embedded pile row to free.
This issue is solved since PLAXIS 2D AE.
